About Iuliia Sergeenko

As a marketing assistant at L'Oréal, I analyze consumer trends and monitor launches and activations for the NYX brand in the Europe zone. I also identify valuation opportunities and conduct sales analysis for the NYX portfolio and its competitors. I am currently pursuing a MSc in International Marketing and Business Development at SKEMA Business School, where I learn how to design and implement effective marketing strategies in a global context. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University, with an exchange semester at the Norwegian School of Economics. In addition to my academic and professional background, I have a passion for makeup and beauty, which I express through my personal brand on Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook. I have developed and executed various marketing campaigns, attracting more than subscribers and 200+ new customers. I have also increased customer loyalty and retention through content creation and paid promotion.
