About Iva Miteva

I am a versatile professional with years of experience in varied industries. I began work in New Zealand as a beauty therapist after receiving a University Diploma. A few years later I moved on to the automotive trade, as a service advisor. I then secured a position which allowed me to utilize my customer service skills, thinking on my feet and fast learning ability to be able to manage an entire Business center on my own. I moved on to temp work and secured a role with Pertemps Recruitment Agency via IQVIA, my first insight into medical research. I have been working for IQVIA directly for the past 2.5 years, supporting the eCOA systems and processes. I am looking to secure a challenging new role, where my knowledge, skills and expertise gained throughout previous experience can be transferred across and utilized to the best effect. I have completed a Business course through Open Study College, and am currently studying to complete a Bachelor in Business management and entrepreneurship in New Bulgarian University.
