About Ivam Bastos

Almost 10 years of experience in designing digital products focused on user experience. Having started in the graphic, which add another 10 years of professional experience, including the natural career upgrade of passage to digital design that occurred gradually until 2012. Performing structured and objective research, focusing on high-value deliverables. Conducting the design process, from end to end, in a collaborative way, helping to build and disseminate the design culture within teams. Implementing or evolving design systems focused on resource optimization and scarcity. I developed some important skills during my career. I consider myself a good listener, able to conduct the design process collaboratively, attracting people into the solution with a sense of belonging, an aesthetic sense to make beautiful and practical things, although research is where I have my best performance. Whether collecting quantitative information, analyzing usage and behavior data, or talking to customers/users to understand their needs or expectations about a proposed solution.
