Background
About Ivan Angerer
The local pitch has always felt like home – from muddy boots and ice-cold showers to the unbeatable buzz of a packed clubhouse. That lifelong love for grassroots football led me, together with three amazing co-founders, to launch Clava: an app built to shine a light on the passion, community, and raw talent that often stay hidden beneath the pro game’s spotlight. With Clava we’re out to reshape amateur sports: Visibility: Live scores, stories, and stats from the smallest villages to the biggest regional derbies – all in one place. Support: Digital tools and tailored sponsorships that help clubs grow on and off the field. Community: Players, fans, and teams connecting where football’s true heartbeat lives – at the grassroots.I’m convinced the real soul of the game is found on neighborhood pitches, and that’s exactly where I’m pouring my energy – as founder, enabler, and loudest fan on the touchline. If you’re excited about sport, tech, or community-building, let’s connect and push grassroots football further, together. ivan@clava-sports.com
