I am a business Analyst at Berkley Technology Services, I specialize in optimizing processes, enhancing applications and fostering collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. With a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University, my expertise spans from project management to business and system analysis. Prior to becoming a Business Analyst, I managed multi-million-dollar workers' compensation claims as a Senior Claims Representative at BerkleyNet Insurance Company, honing my risk management and stakeholder communication skills. My desire to impact the world is also why I decided to pursue an education in engineering and management. I was able to gain additional experience in the engineering field by contributing to the James Webb Telescope project during my internship at Genesis Engineering Solutions. I've also embraced leadership roles working as a Gym manager and Student Residence Manager. Beyond work, I enjoy volunteering and leading impactful community service initiates as a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.
