As part of the US Immigration Team at Microsoft I enable Microsoft to attract and retain top visa-dependent talent in the U.S. and empower those employees to do their best work. I thrive in fast-paced environments filled with problems to solve. I enjoy finding the issues others miss, identifying solutions, and building durable programs and operations to ensure the issues don't pop up again. I believe culture is paramount and understand the importance of treating your team with kindness and respect. I do my best to meet people where they are, maximize their strengths, and help diminish their weaknesses. I've worked as an IC Attorney, managed our extremely talented Immigration Specialist Team, and now have the privilege of managing our brilliant Attorney Team. I am also a member of the US Immigration Leadership Team tasked with identifying the most challenging business issues and crafting effective solutions. Along with effective legal strategy and advice, I pride myself on developing innovative programmatic and operational solutions to improve the immigration experience for our business partners and employees.
