About Ivan Baus

Since 2022, as a Product Application Engineer, I have been responsible for Sub-Systems (especially hydrostatics drivetrains). My tasks cover customer support during the drivetrain development of mobile applications in the construction, forestry, and agriculture sectors. Between 2011 and 2022, I was responsible for scientific research in the mechatronics field, production support, and development of embedded controller = H1P-Automotive Control. Hence, I'm experienced in each step of the development and production process and have been a part of our engineering team for many years. The cross-functional position includes cooperation between different business areas (Electronic-Production, Hydrostatic-Production, Sales-Support, Hardware-Development and Software-Development, Service-Support). I’m able to adapt to different situations quite easily. I’m an expert or project manager in local and global projects. Additionally, I’m experienced in the supervision and teaching of Bachelor and Master students. Before Danfoss PS, I worked as a Software Development Engineer at the Rexxon Company. My responsibilities were: Development, Evalution, and Field Implementation of application software for air condition systems in the train and military sectors.
