About Ivan Bekarovski

With over 20 years of experience in banking, consulting, digitalization, change management, operational excellence, and IT transformation, I am an advisory expert and delivery manager who helps clients achieve their strategic goals and optimize their performance. I have a strong track record of leading and managing delivery and sales teams but also directly complex and large-scale transformation programs, system integration projects, and consulting services in the CEE region, with a focus on core banking systems, DMS/BPM, BI/DWH, AML, payments, Integration, testing. Currently, I provide consulting and expert services covering various aspects of (core) banking transformation, such as program and project management, crisis management, vendor and SW selection, sales and representation of IT and consulting vendors in CEE. I leverage my MBA and Ing. degrees, my experience and customer relationship management skills, and my extensive C-level network and contact base to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I also have a passion for coaching and motivating teams, leading by example, and working in multicultural environments. My mission is to drive change and innovation in the banking and IT sector with my advisory and delivery expertise.
