Most recently, I worked as a Trust & Safety Analyst at Meta, where I reviewed user accounts to assess authenticity, detect abuse patterns, and propose guideline improvements. Before that, I was at TELUS International (now TELUS Digital), moderating user-generated content, conducting quality reviews, and supporting new team members through coaching and training. My background also includes experience in legal administration, digital archiving, and web content management, which has helped me develop a strong eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to recognize trends that enhance platform safety.
