As a Technical Manager at PolyFields OOD, I am responsible for the technical implementation of various telecommunication infrastructure projects for customers such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei. With over 25years of experience in the industry, I have developed and applied my skills in project management, telecommunication network installation and integration, quality assurance and control, team coordination and leadership, and wireless technologies. I have successfully delivered multiple projects involving wireles MW & Access networks, ensuring high quality standards and customer satisfaction. I have also coordinated and managed the activities of collocation procedures, equipment and materials procurement, site survey and design, health and safety compliance, and technical resource allocation. My mission is to provide reliable and efficient solutions for the telecommunication needs of our clients and partners.
