In 2015, completed the FT NED Diploma, London, a Pearson postgraduate level 7 qualification for non-executive directors. Born in Brazil and educated in Scotland (dual nationality). Responsible for regulatory matters, technical, governance, independence, compliance and quality systems and processes for PwC Brazil and Ecuador. For 16 years, the lead PwC partner responsible for the Capital Markets practice in Brazil & South America provides advice on complex accounting matters and assists companies in launching equity and debt transactions in Brazilian, US and UK capital markets. Managing partner of the PwC Rio de Janeiro office (700 professionals) and head of audit practice. Also the senior relationship partner and advisor for the largest global brewer and until recently the audit partner for the second largest mining company. Currently performing a quality oversight of services to the major Bank, O&G,TeleCo and Air & Defense sectors. Worked in the UK, US and Brazil. Actively involved in business associations (corporate governance/ investor relations/ financial executive) published a number of market directed guides promoting development of capital markets. Global Ambassador for Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland for Brazil. Formerly President British Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo (5 years). Currently developing service on U.K. charities (Board) and Green Finance sector.
