My name is Ivan Coronel. I'm a senior at Chapman University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Analytics. I am currently an intern with the industrial capital markets team at Cushman and Wakefield in Irvine, CA. I focus on analyzing trends and data and I am currently pursuing my certificate in Argus Enterprise which is the basis of the position. I also work as a junior associate at JCAP Private Lending in Costa Mesa, CA, where I work closely with brokers and borrowers, sharing valuable information about hard money lending, including rates, points, and deal sizes, helping facilitate successful loan transactions. My hands-on experience in the real estate industry extends beyond my current role. I've previously worked as a roofing laborer at Los Gatos Roofing in San Jose, gaining a deep understanding of property construction and the practical aspects of real estate. Additionally, I have worked various other customer service roles, which have strengthened my customer service skills and business acumen. With a strong interest in real estate analytics, I am committed to leveraging my academic background and work/intern experience to excel in this industry. I’m expected to graduate in May 2026, and I’m passionate about exploring how data and technology can transform real estate lending and investment strategies.
