As a Phoenix Coach, it is my job to work with you to assist you in gaining the results you want and need to succeed. Having had several mentors in my life, I know how important their advice can be. In my youth, the knowledge, experience, and faith that my swimming coach gave me ensured that I would realise my dream of competing in the World Masters Swimming Championships.(I went on to become a swimming coach, with some of my swimmers going on to compete in the Olympics and, I have to say, I think I would have preferred to have become a coach first and then a swimmer, because I really learnt so much!) During my career, I worked 25 years in the sales arena – leading teams both as a Sales Manager and a General Manager – and won various sales awards. I’ve no doubt that my success was, in part, due to the pearls of wisdom my sales mentors bestowed upon me along the way. Now, as a business and personal coach, I have learnt the importance of imparting my knowledge and experience to my clients. I believe in paying it forward – that’s why my core business is changing behaviour to deliver profitable results.
