About Ivan Curkovic

Ivan has gained extensive experience leading various scale and a wide range of hospitality, residential, and business space schemes, from the early concept stage, up to the final stages of construction. As an Architect with the role of Director, and extensive knowledge in building regulations and legislation, urban planning, as well as construction processes and documentation, BIM, cost control, and budgets, he is experienced in collaborating with larger teams of architects, interior designers, design consultants, delivering successful service to clients in Croatia and internationally. His previous experience within Atellior includes projects for hospitality companies Park Plaza Arena in Pula, Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera, Marriott hotel in Split, Four Seasons Resort in Hvar. He was also leading the design and permits documentation for Plava Laguna's new business headquarters in Poreč.
