Currently I am the Powertrain Controls Lead Engineer at Rimac Technology, where I'm developing the vehicle dynamics & powertrain control and state estimation algorithms for electric and hybrid electric hypercars. Before joining RT, I was a research assistant at the University of Zagreb and I have mainly worked on different automotive control systems, such as automatic transmission shift control and active suspensions control, which was supported by Ford Motor Company through URP projects. I have obtained the PhD degree from University of Zagreb in 2022 and my thesis deals with nonlinear model predictive control and optimal allocation-based control of EV HVAC system. At the moment, I am author or co-author of 25 journal and conference papers and one patent related to automotive control systems.
