Hello, my name is Ivan and I'm graphic designer. I like handling complex tasks where I am able to grow professionally and develop together with the case I do. I enjoy teamwork, where achieving the common goal leads to the success of whole team members. I am focused on details, follow the deadlines, can confidently handle multy tasks, make quick decisions and work well under pressure. My motto is to do the best with the least resources. I have experience not only in design but also in marketing as a manager, which allows me to understand the objectives and goals to be achieved through the language of design. I also have experience in managing a design team, which has tought me how to form an effective team, mange tasks, control time and process and set priorities correctly. I have worked effectively in major Russian companies with different business profiles, from consulting services to highways, which means - there is no task that is not interesting to me, I'm interested in everything and I am willing to use my potential to 100% and bring maximum benefit to the case I do.
