I am highly motivated and committed to personal and professional development. Throughout my career, I have progressed from a monitoring engineer to the manager of a geographically distributed team, overseeing 3-5 projects simultaneously. My main skills and achievements include- Managing releases nad environments for FAT, SIT, NFT, and UAT phases of the project - Setting up managed services projects (budget, SLA, team setup)- Hiring, onboarding, and mentoring team members - Providing support to external customers based on service principles - Managing a geographically and culturally diverse team - Meeting project budget and SLA targets as agreed upon in setup agreements - Implementing an operation effectiveness program that significantly reduced the operational budget after its completion. I have a technical background in ITIL, project management (PMP), and SAFe, and possess deep knowledge of Comverse One billing systems as a business analyst and solution architect. I have also worked as an Oracle PL/SQL developer and developed small Python applications for personal use. I am proficient in maintaining Linux servers and creating shell scripts for automation. Based on the Ichak Adizes PAEI model, I am primarily a producer and administrator - problem/task-oriented, responsible, and proactive in arranging work based on processes.
