Previously, I worked in Legal and General Affairs, providing legal support on sector-specific regulations, including Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for which I earned a Second-Level Master's Degree in "Corruption Prevention and Public Contracts." I gained extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, corporate compliance (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and Antitrust regulations), and managing out-of-court dispute resolution. Currently, I coordinate and manage commercial activities within the assigned area, with a particular focus on participation in public tenders and the development of strategic projects. I am responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives.
