I am a strategic and decisive leader, driven to establish, build and develop teams in order to produce high-quality work within strict deadlines, overcoming challenges and meeting relevant requirements. Constantly developing, improving and building processes to enable company growth and optimise team outputs. I have a passion for mentoring candidate engineers, sharing my knowledge and expertise through publications and webinars and establishing and developing engineering teams to perform to the highest level of quality. I have provided advanced engineering expertise to multiple projects in Africa, Europe, USA, and Asia and I am also fluent in Afrikaans, English, and German (having completed up to B1 level of the Goethe Institut course). I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
