About Ivan Halim

Listen from others and learn from experience are the two best ways to increase capability. An open-minded person and think that being adaptive is an effective way to get into the society. By working hard and become well organized person, it makes me easier to accomplish my task and job. Graduating from School of Business and Management (SBM) ITB in Finance Major sharpen my skill in analyzing business opportunity in the market. As a "teamwork" person, I made the best financial reports along with my colleagues that led my group to become the best company in biggest SBM project. My experience in Management Trainee in Loreal, made me learn the business process from the beginning. Start from the product flow, who is involved in the process, system included, and finally get the findings or something that can be improved. The solution proposed must be applicable and answer all the findings in order to enhance the result and simplify the process. My previous job in Internal Control relates with finding, analyzing, and mitigating the risk and fraud possibility in business process. The compliance of several policies had to be controlled too to prevent the risk and fraud. By analyzing some reports, I also learned to scrutinize some possibilities that leads to risk and fraud in the company.
