As a Finance Director at VMware, I lead the Sofia central financial planning and analysis (FP & A) function for the worldwide sales organization, supporting a $13 billion revenue business. With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, I have a proven track record of delivering strategic insights, driving operational efficiency, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. My core competencies include financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, business consulting, and stakeholder management. I am also proficient in various tools and systems, such as Oracle BI, Hyperion, SAP BPC, SAP, Business Warehouse, Excel, and Tableau. I hold a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
