About Ivan Koloskov

Hi, my name is Ivan and I work as a Lead project manager in game development. Before that I worked as an Project manager in a helicopter maintenance company. I’ve been managing projects for 5 years now. Helicopter maintenance was a exciting chapter in my career because this is a very specific sphere. But I'm in game development now, and I'm thriving here! In terms of the career growth, my goal is to manage multiple teams (coding, game design, art etc) which work together to create a game from scratch. I thrive on communicating with people not only in terms of work, but also outside of it. Sometimes a simple talk with someone who can not only express his opinion and thoughts, but who can listen to what other people have to say and understand how they feel.
