Hey, I'm Ivan, a recruiter with a passion for technical topics and extensive 360° recruitment experience across Europe and North America, particularly in startup and scaleup environments. Currently based in the Netherlands, I'm working with Gradyent to build teams that develop and deploy our Digital Twin technology to decarbonize large-scale heating networks globally. My journey from America to Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, and now the Netherlands has provided me with a diverse and unique perspective. Outside of work, I’m really into music—whether it’s producing my own tracks, collecting obscure vintage and funky records, or collecting and playing vintage Japanese guitars and basses. When I'm not immersed in music, you can often find me cycling to the beach, enjoying the outdoors, and recharging by the sea.
