About Ivan Loi

Let's talk about myself: Between the goals I have achieved in these years I submit the most significant- Since 04/2015 to 12/2016 I worked as Process & Production Engineer by “Tecnologie Avanzate S.r.l.” where are produced components made of composite material (CFRP, GFRP, Kevlar), Honeycomb and Foam primarily for aeronautical applications. I have worked mostly with "Finmeccanica Helicopter Division ( Ex AgustaWestland Spa )","Thales Aerospace Company" and with “I.N.F.N (National Institute of Nuclear Physics)” where I worked for the production of a particle detection system (Ring Imaging Cherenkov) made of Carbon Fiber and Aluminum sandwich panels in collaboration with the “Jefferson Laboratory (USA)”- Since June 2017 until June 2018 I worked as Quality Improvement Manager at the Cassino plant for "SKF Spa", specialized in the production of DGBB ball bearings for automotive and electrical applications. This task led me to collaborate with various departments on site and abroad (China, Germany). I gained the projects- “Low Noise Bearings” program for the production of Q44 quality class bearings- “Co.Mo.” machines anomaly monitoring program through condition monitoring- Editing of technical reports and study of product improvements for the implementation of new tools such as grinding wheel, honing stones and various components like balls, cages and shields (in collaboration with suppliers). I am determined, cooperative, inventive, affine to team work and to independent work, sociable and altruistic. I like to learn new things, work and compare with others. I'm not afraid of novelties and I adapt quickly to new situations and I always like to test myself. Moreover I like travel and learn about different cultures and languages in fact, in these years I have been in America, Switzerland, England, Sweden, Norway and I lived in Germany for 8 months.
