In my current role as a Project Manager and Team Leader, I have honed my skills in leading and guiding teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions. I have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. I utilize Jira to manage tasks and track progress effectively. I use Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery. In Openwave I’m responsible of worldwide webmail branding, customization and upgrade process leading cross-functional teams of 20+ members, coordinating with stakeholders across engineering and professional service development, testing and operations to deliver critical software implementations on time and within budget. I’ve experience managing key client relationships, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. I am passionate about technology and thrive on solving complex technical challenges. My technical background and strong analytical skills approach allows me to solve complex problems efficiently. I conduct daily stand-ups to review and address blocking issues with the development team, leveraging my expertise to provide guidance and remove obstacles.
