As an IT Product Owner at Fortidia, I define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. I develop and maintain a product roadmap to communicate the product vision and plan to stakeholders and development teams. I work closely with development teams to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. I conduct user testing and gather feedback to continually improve the product. I also ensure that the product meets regulatory and legal requirements. I have experience in using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as main IT tools like JIRA and SAP. Prior to joining Fortidia, I was a Business Analyst at MBE Worldwide for over seven years, where I collected and analyzed business requirements, drew up requirements based on the needs collected, shared specifications with the technical team, collaborated with the testing team, and created user manuals and training end users and support teams. I also have experience as a Market Operations Specialist at JAGGAER, where I provided technical telephone and email support to suppliers of a major American Buyer’s Company, used the SAP Ticketing System to create cases and troubleshoot to Level 2 Helpdesk, handled internal administration work, and gave Level 1 Technical Support. I hold a Diploma in Graphic Design from Marcello Dudovich, which has helped me in my career as a Product Owner and Business Analyst.
