As Director of Campus Experience, I lead all hospitality and facilities operations across the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein campus in Amsterdam, including events, catering, security, cleaning, front desk, maintenance, and more. Our mission: to create a workplace that runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and brings people together. Previously, I founded and built People’s Place at PVH — a one-of-a-kind corporate hospitality concept that set a new benchmark for well-being, engagement, and connection. It continues to be a cultural anchor within the organization. Before joining PVH, I was a hospitality entrepreneur in Amsterdam’s and Utrecht's nightlife, catering, and live music scenes — a chapter that still shapes my leadership style today: people-first, creative, and hands-on.
