About Ivan Morelli

Born professionally in IT sector I continued my experiences in the same area refining my professionalism first in IT customer services department of Schneider Electric and after taking with enthusiasm possibility to join in Capgemini Italia SPA always in the same role. During plus than 10 years of IT experience I specialized my position close to business needs supporting end users to solve IT issues, suggesting solutions and creating Team driven by customer satisfaction. Accountable to coordinate an Italian team dedicated to day-by-day IT services delivery activities ( computers/mobile/devices users supports, installing, maintain and repair equipments, escalation issues to third parts, consulting and any other problem solving activities using best practice and processes leaded by continual improvement). Moreover, I have been involved in a PM position in a local and international technical projects Starting from Sept 2016 after conclusion of main IT projects and customer services contracts with Schneider Electric agreement, I took the opportunity to change job moving from IT to Energy Distribution sector. Currently my employment is to plan service agreements technicians activities on MV/LV energy distribution plants ( prepare annual intervention, emergency plan, compile reports, manage customer relationships.)
