About Ivan Muro

I’ve been working at Chipotle Mexican Grill for 2+ years and in those 2 years I’ve worked up to be a Kitchen Manager. As a Kitchen Manager, I'm expected to be on Grill every day that I work which also includes making rice, chicken, steak, etc. I am also responsible for making sure our equipment is up to date and to make sure our back of house stays clean and organized. If some of our equipment is broken or not working properly, it’s up to me to make sure I put in a work order so people that are professionals in that specific field come in and repair/ fix the problem. As of now, I’m working to be a Service Manager who is in charge of the shift and makes sure it runs smoothly. I have also worked at a Deli where I worked with knives and raw meat, which I worked for about two months in 2021. I have a high school diploma and I studied at Judson University for a year in which my major was psychology. At the moment I am applying to Harper College to continue studying psychology but would also like to join a couple of classes in music theory.
