I am an enthusiastic and detail-oriented problem solver with a supervisor background and customer service experience returning to the workforce after taking a planned career break to invest in my education and my growing family. In my previous role at Daniels Health — the second-largest medical waste management organization in the United States — I worked my way up to Production Supervisor through several internal promotions. Here I led a team of 12 employees in a complex, fast-paced work environment overseeing efficient, safe, and quality operations for over 50 accounts, and served as a liaison between suppliers, employees, and clients. My success in this role was in part because of my strong interpersonal and communication skills, including my bilingual abilities. I fostered positive working relationships with diverse backgrounds and experiences and aligned with identified business goals in a way that kept stakeholders connected and invested throughout the process I am eager to apply these skills and background in my next role.
