I am a professionally driven and academically accomplished Business Analyst at Deecon Consulting and Economics graduate from the University of Bristol. In my professional career, I have developed subject matter expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 and Process Improvement. I have applied these capabilities across a portfolio of client-facing and internal projects. Notably, I delivered a major transformation initiative for a gas network company, where I conducted comprehensive current-state analysis (As-is) and facilitated future-state (To-be) design workshops with key stakeholders. Through this work, I successfully designed and delivered 87 Level 4 BPMN 2.0 process maps, which addressed systemic inefficiencies and wastage, resulting in an 83% reduction in 169 identified pain points. Beyond delivery, I have also focused on capability building by training clients in the application of BPMN 2.0 within Microsoft Visio, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption of improved process practices. At Mastercard, I improved cash flow efficiency by allocating funds, resolving delayed payments, and ensuring compliance in e-banking refunds. I also created detailed financial reports and summaries using Oracle and Excel. During my studies, I engaged in coursework and research covering econometric methods such as regression analysis, advanced data interpretation, and applied statistical modelling. I also developed skills in coding for data analysis and economic modelling, as well as financial and business valuations, equipping me with a strong quantitative and analytical foundation that I now apply to business transformation and consulting.
