About Ivan Ponomarenko

As a product designer with a background in aerospace engineering, I combine technical skills and creativity to deliver user-centric and business-oriented solutions. I have 6 years of experience in designing complex applications, services, websites, and platforms, from idea to launch, fully involved in all product lifecycle stages. At my most recent role at meetperry, I led the design process for a project in the investment domain, working with distributed teams across the USA, Europe, and India. I conducted qualitative research with loyal customers and stakeholders, developed users' interaction with the platform, created a unique design system, and tested the product on both mobile and desktop. I also organized processes and built tasks for teams, created promotions for marketing campaigns, and reported daily results. I am proficient in Webflow, Adobe, Figma, and other design tools, and I have an A-Level Web-Design Certificate and an EF SET English Certificate at C1 Advanced level. I am also a mentor for UI/UX design students at science.park.synergy, where I created a learning program, produced presentation materials, and managed groups of students. I am passionate about satisfying customers' needs and business goals, and I approach user problems with empathy, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
