Remember the joy of solving tricky puzzles or finding the missing piece that completes a picture? at least, that is what recruiting is to me. I see each role as an unsolved puzzle waiting to be solved, and finding the right candidate as the missing piece that transforms the organization. Back then, I have successfully placed various roles from Staff to Senior Manager levels. This experience was like a masterclass in hiring, taught me on sourcing the right candidates, interviewing candidates and on-boarding. My experience in handling various clients from different industries (e.g. Tech, Retail, Automotive, eCommerce, etc) has given me the skills to understand the market and account management. Currently, I'm working as a Recruiter at SIS Group of Schools, one of the largest international school in Indonesia.
