About Ivan Rinas

I'm a very enthusiastic and passionate Junior Developer and Senior ITSM specialist. I have a bachelors degree "Information and communication technology (ICT)" from the Lapland University of Applied Sciences. During the multiple years I have worked in the IT industry I've participated in a number of different projects and system development endeavors and I have always had a keen interest in IT in general. These projects have included things like developing company wide reporting and resource management, automation of a CRM process, developing an email communication process for customer service and helping with application development by integration two or more different system together. I have been very fortunate also to be able to try a number of different roles while working on these different projects. These roles have ranged anywhere from a developer, to lead technical person and also project manager. It has been a real pleasure to take part in all those projects as they have all offered some new lessons and opportunities to grow as a professional. There is always a great chance to learn new things, tools, best practices and an opportunity to work with wonderful new customers while getting to know some amazing people. I have also done some personal projects evolving around a variety of different video games, board games and TTRPG's. I find that there is often a certain satisfaction of using creativity to help oneself to relax. I also very much enjoy painting and woodworking. Volleyball is also very close to my heart, along with hiking, doing CrossFit, basketball and learning carpentry work in addition to the IT related hobbies that I have which often relate to work either directly or indirectly.
