Under my leadership, we are integrating advanced technologies into our service model, redesigning processes for greater efficiency, and building a more agile, performance-driven organization capable of competing at a higher level.Before joining Doncella, I held senior leadership roles in the financial services industry across Latin America, where I developed expertise in customer relationship management, business development, operational excellence, and talent leadership.
