I am an experienced Workplace Health, Safety, Environment and Quality professional with over 24 years of experience in WHSEQ. I have worked with colleagues to manage ISO 9002:1994, ISO ISO 4801:2001 & ISO 14001:2004 certifications for 3 companies, 2 of which were multi-nationals in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia & India, including the CCF Integrated Management System. I diligently assist employers & employees comply with government legislation & company WHSEQ management system requirements to achieve a primary objective of an incident free workplace. This is achieved through Hazard Inspections/Compliance Audits/Incident Investigations. I liaise with relevant parties to create action plans for identified issues/Improvement Opportunities & monitor progress, through to verifying effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. I achieve buy-in for WHSEQ initiatives via consultation with all parties & this in turn supports bolstering the Safety Culture. I am also a trained Injury Management Coordinator managing the Workers Compensation Return to Work process.
