Joined Be Military Fit in January 2019 to lead their business transformation; restructuring of business model to franchise, modernising all departments and setting the platform for international expansion. A former Army officer who served in the Parachute Regiment for 12 years with a wide range of experience in operational command, leadership, planning, project management and communication at all level.
