Having been in the IT industry since 2006, I've held the role of Program Manager and Scrum Master since 2013, focusing on project management across various business applications within international corporations. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with prestigious clients such as Telecom Italia, Saipem, UniCredit Group, and Cornèr Bank, representing their interests and engaging effectively with their stakeholders. With over 11 years of project management experience, including the last 9 years in Financial Services, I built a strong and versatile skill set. My adeptness in managing complex projects is complemented by a strong personality and exceptional interpersonal skills. My technical expertise has evolved through consulting roles for Consumer Goods companies like Heineken, Sodexo, and Lactalis, where I've been involved in solution development, process design, and data management & integration. I hold a degree in Telecommunication Engineering and have completed an Executive Master in Digital Transformation both at Politecnico di Milano. Additionally, I am certified as a Professional Scrum Master and proficient in English and French.
