As an experienced electrical and instrumentation (E&I) engineering leader, I bring a strong track record in leading the delivery of major infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on energy. For over a decade at APA Group, I’ve led E&I teams through complex project lifecycles from concept and design through to commissioning ensuring safety, quality, and performance at every stage. I’m passionate about solving technical problems, guiding high-performing teams, and delivering engineering solutions that create long-term value for stakeholders. My leadership style is grounded in accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence. I’ve built trusted relationships across project, operations and asset management teams, and pride myself on creating environments where people feel supported to do their best work. With extensive experience managing contractors and navigating cross-functional demands, I’ve developed strong commercial acumen alongside deep technical capability. Now looking ahead, I’m open to exploring engineering leadership or project delivery roles where I can continue to contribute, grow, and apply my transferable skills across new sectors or challenges.
