I've been supporting organizations in developing and transforming their leaders and teams for more than 20 years. My focus is on designing effective and practical workshops that are tailored to both business goals and cultural and regional requirements. By combining sound industrial and organizational psychology with practical approaches, leaders at all management levels gain greater agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, I work closely with stakeholders, including the C-suite and HR, to implement strategic and operational development processes. The application phase is structured to ensure that participants consciously apply their knowledge in practice, reflect on it in coaching circles, and support each other in their development. Aargau, I conduct workshops for project managers and subject matter experts in which participants learn how to deal professionally with complexity (e.g, construction projects in the double-digit million range), how to manage processes for better collaboration, how to weigh interests in a goal-oriented manner (Harvard), and how to resolve conflicts constructively. At Dr. Falk Pharma, I am leading the development of a vision and mission statement, including the derived operationalization with regard to behavior and collaboration.
