A Mining Master from Ukraine with over 20 years of experience as a professional Underground Mine Manager/Head of underground section in the coal mining industry of the Donetsk region. Managed a coal mining site with a team of up to 200 people. In 2013, the team of the coal mining site No. 5, under Ivan's leadership, took 1st place in the goverment's Miner's Day competition. He was awarded a government certificate and a cash prize. In 2015-2017, for the first time in the history of the Krasnolimanskaya mine, a whole mining area was worked out, with the intersection of two drifts into the contour of the excavation field. In 2018 - 2019, two mucking areas were successfully completed, left in 1987 and 2001, respectively, due to difficult mining and geological conditions (large watering and very unstable shales in the roof of the plateau). In 2020, during the development of 1 western mining area of the L3 formation, a mining and geological disturbance with an amplitude of more than 5 meters and with spontaneously igniting coal in the zone of this disturbance was encountered and successfully crossed.
