As a Design Lead (Business Development) at Stockland, I integrate design thinking, development, and commercial strategy. With a dual Master’s in Architecture and Property Development, I bring a unique perspective that blends creative vision with financial and technical acumen. Over the past decade, I’ve led award-winning projects across Australia and internationally—from high-density residential and commercial precincts to infrastructure and placemaking initiatives. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and site acquisition through to design development and construction delivery. I specialize in- Development yield analysis and feasibility studies - Site acquisition strategy and bid leadership - Complex façade and construction package coordination - Multi-disciplinary design and project management I’m a Registered Architect (NSW ARB and a graduate of the Property Council of Australia’s Advanced Property Development program. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and always focused on delivering value—both in design quality and commercial outcomes.
