About Ivan Todorovic

I graduated as a Civil Engineer (Department: Project Management, Technology, and Information Technology) in 2008. With over 16 years of experience, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, including the planning and execution of energy and oil infrastructures, railways and roads, sports infrastructures, as well as the construction of residential buildings and industrial plants. I have held various key roles such as Project Manager, Site Manager, Calculation/Tender Manager, Project Planner, Responsible Designer, and Design Manager. My experience on both the contractor’s and the employer’s side has equipped me with a unique ability to anticipate details early in the project cycle and ensure quality control during the design/tender phase, as well as foresee risks during the design/execution phase. Since joining Multiconsult in 2023, I have involved in several significant projects, including the upgrading of energy infrastructures (Yggdrasil Project), transformation station projects (stations in Øygarden, Vik, and Krossdalen), and carbon capture and storage projects (Northern Lights, Klemetsrud CCP, and Heimdal CCP). Additionally, I am actively engaged in a flood protection project in Vågå Kommune, addressing the impacts of climate change. My scope of work includes project planning, multidisciplinary coordination, and the preparation of work method statements. I possess experience in the execution phase and in managing various types of construction contracts both in Norway and internationally. My focus is on maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to project schedules, and controlling costs. I ensure that all engineering work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and standards, delivering optimized technical solutions that meet client and project requirements. I am proficient in a range of industry-standard software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera P6, ISY Project Plan, Navisworks, Solibri, and BIM360.
