I am an IT professional with many years of experience in the areas of software quality assurance - testing / system integrations, customer services. During the last three years I have been working as Application Expert for the BI Operations department at H&M. With Operation surveillance experience of business-critical systems in an enterprise (complex and distributed) environment with high availability requirements. When working in my different roles I constantly demonstrated initiative by engaging team members proactively on potential issues before problems could occur. With a patiently and methodically way of working I reached out to teams, onshore and offshore, by direct contact to mitigate immediately when any concerns arise and to coordinate appropriate actions.
