I am a seasoned business professional (15+ years) with deep expertise (and deeper passion) in the field of project management. Combining an intense career experience as a corporate leader with the dynamism of startup endeavors, I am currently leading a company focused in providing professional consulting services in the field of project and operations management with clients in technology, retail, financial services, biotechnology, etc.Also, I am an author of project management training programs, including the course “Beginner to PROject manager” with 200K+ students subscribed (Bestseller on “Udemy”)- Led the PMO department of a global leader in the supply-chain & manufacturing industry. With my team of senior project managers, we were accountable for company-wide transformation endeavors, including a corporate spin-off program (~4BN EUR), post-M&A integrations, business divestments and a potential large-scale corporate merger program (~6BN EUR)- Successfully restructured the PMO department under my management from a program-based to a service-based model, exceeding the financial performance targets- As part of a highly qualified PMO team delivered a major Shared Service establishment program, building two high-performing centers from scratch to a total of 700+ positions and servicing 17+ countries- As a management consultant I have worked for multinational clients in the Oil & Gas, FMCG, Production & Manufacturing and Life Sciences industries, performing complex optimization, improvement and strategy projects.
