Preparation of report with recommendations and follow up of the action items. • Implementation and execution of the Management of Change process (MOC). • Implementation, Administration and Operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems ‐ CMMS (SI, SAP, Ellipse). • Design and implementation of technical reports for power plants (daily, weekly, monthly) with the main operational data: plant status, generation, power consumption, raw materials consumption, emissions, Plant Load Factor, Heat Rate, running hours, etc. • Implementation of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Maintenance Indicators. • Implementation of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). • Application and implementation of safety practices and procedures: Permit to Work (PTW), maintenance task risk assessment and Log Out Tag Out. • Implementation of Document Management Systems. • Knowledge and application of standards: ASTM, ASME, ISO, SSPC, NFPA.
