My purpose is to inspire and mobilize innovation leaders so that millions of people live and work better. Do you want to innovate your industry? My passion has been Innovation and entrepreneurship for 32 years and our team works with companies and professionals from all over the world to transform their realities today and project them into the near future with changes in all areas of conception, production, marketing and consumption, as we have never seen before. We’re not living just many and deep changes, we’re living a change of humankind era. In the eighties of the last century, I began to sculpt the answer to a giant question: How to transform a slow and traditional large corporation into a dynamic, systematic and intensively innovative one? We have had the privilege of collaborating with senior executives of prestigious large corporations (AES, Enel, Enaex, Metlife, Santander, Walmart, Zürich, among others) in these three decades, accelerating their corporate innovation capabilities, results, leadership and culture. The hallmark of our contribution - and of the companies that we have helped to develop - has been the achievement of verified results in unique and appreciated value for their customers and users (better products, services, customer experiences and processes) and consequently higher quantified EBITDA for shareholders. With all this accumulated vast experience, for more than fifteen years I have the privilege of participating as Keynote Speaker in different countries exposing our conclusions and experiences of business transformation to provoke more and better innovation. As Keynote Speaker I have had the honor of sharing with more than 500 audiences of entrepreneurs, investors, directors and executives of large corporations in more than 10 countries: Brasil, Chile, China, Colombia, Germany, Japan, South Korea, United States, among others.
