I am Ivan, I have a degree in Business Administration, and more than 15 years of experience as an accounting analyst within the Finance area, first in the Chemical and today in the Technological Industry. I currently work at SAP Services s.r.o. in Global Compensation Team and my goal is to continue contributing and learning to grow in my professional career. In my current role, being Customer Advisory Global Lead, I manage almost 5,600 employee's Compensation Plans and I developed a system to calculate correctly commissions for all this population. Also, I created the SOP manual to improve work practices and show how a Compensation Plan is created from scratch as well as how to look information into different compensation systems such us Callidus, Staging Area, IBP, Harmony Incentives, Success Factors, Data Analyser and Business Viewer. Accustomed to continuous change, I am a person who wants to meet the objectives that are presented as soon as possible, implementing what I have learned all these years of work and being able to make the processes more efficient.
