About Ivan Yang

Resourcefulness has been a persistent theme during my professional career. In my current role with Beutel, Goodman & Company Ltd, I am depended upon to solve critical trade issues for clients. On a daily basis, I advise on the whys, whens and hows of trade-related issues resulting in the timely settlement of trades and minimization of risk and losses. In addition, my past roles within State Street has allowed me to develop my organization and communication skills by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and initiatives. Education has also been a recurring narrative in my career. Whether it be learning about a new subject such as the state of the credit unions in Ontario or learning new applications for trade settlement, the ability to adapt to different experiences quickly and with great purpose has aided in my development. My goal is to maintain these themes in whatever opportunities present themselves in the future; all the while expanding my skill set to further advance my career and be a great resource for my employer.
