About Ivana Halpert

If I was asked to name one determinant of my professional journey, it would be Purposeful career, both for myself and others. I have been lucky to have the opportunity to translate this mission into real life and thus supporting others with their known and unknown professional aspirations.Since the beginning of my career, I have been involved in a well-balanced combination of recruitment, qualification of potential and talent development. Recently I added strategic human-centric HR, too. I have extensive experience in complex talent acquisition projects in regional environment, both internally and externally, with substantial overlap into learning and development, organisational talent review and succession planning. I feel at home in technology sector and currently exploring the world of finance.Apart from working with people in general I also contribute to projects focused on women's knowledge and career empowerment in Slovakia - as an advisory board member of the biggest Slovak NGO focused on the topic.Outside of work I spend time with my family. I am an amateur runner, live music fan and a book worm.
